What is the most embarrassing way you've failed?

I'll start

Mine was probably when I was like 8yrs old. I had eaten like 4 hotdogs for dinner, and I was stuffed. I ended up throwing up that night.

Then the next morning I got up to go to school. When the bus came, I started feeling a bit of nausea, but it wasn't too bad. Waiting for me on the bus was my crush from a few blocks away. We started conversing as usual, when suddenly an enormous, unstoppable urge to vomit took over me. I started gagging and midway through our conversation I vomited all over her shoes, on the walking aisle.

Everyone looked at me like I was some sort of freak And the stench...it was horrible. It was so bad that I didn't eat another hotdog for about 7 years afterwards.

Needless to say, my crush stopped talking to me and her parents made my parents buy her new shoes.

I once attempted to climb up a hill that took my friends maybe 10 minutes, took me nearly 25 and I had to take rests along the way and nearly passed out at the top because im that out of shape! Or the time I threw up at a fraternity house that I was rushing and couldn't handle myself for the rest of the night. The two were pretty much a tie for biggest fails.
